Day of the Unborn
Argentina was the first country to declare the Day of the Unborn Child. By Decree No. 1406/98 of December 7, 1998, expressed the desirability of establishing March 25 every year to celebrate this event.
Life being the oldest of human rights, has value and dignity inviolable unique. Without life, no human rights without them, there is liberty.
